PRIVATE LIVESTREAM PRIVACY POLICY & ACCESS AGREEMENT

This Privacy Policy and Access Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and participation in this Private Livestream Event (“Event”). By accessing the livestream link, password, or any associated viewing platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue access immediately.

1. Purpose of This Private Livestream

This livestream is intended solely for registered, authorized, and paying participants. The link, password, and viewing platform are restricted and confidential. Access is provided exclusively for personal, individual viewing and may not be shared, distributed, or republished.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Sharing Obligations

By accessing the private livestream, you agree to the following:

2.1 DO NOT Share the Link

  • The livestream link, access code, password, or any credentials provided to you must remain strictly confidential.

  • You may not post the link on social media, group chats, messaging platforms, emails, or any public or private forum.

2.2 DO NOT Share or Forward Login Details

  • You may not give, sell, or transfer your access credentials to any other person.

  • Any unauthorized access traced back to your credentials may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

2.3 One Viewer Per Purchase

  • Access to this private livestream is granted on a single-viewer basis unless otherwise stated.

  • Watching the stream with unauthorized groups, organizations, or multiple households is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Record, screen-capture, download, or re-broadcast any portion of the livestream.

  • Re-upload, repost, or redistribute the livestream content in any form.

  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass digital protections, passwords, or access controls.

  • Use the content for commercial, educational, or public presentation without written permission.

Any violation may lead to legal action, financial penalties, or permanent restriction from future events.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect the security of the event:

  • Access logs, IP addresses, and session activity may be monitored for suspicious sharing or multi-location access.

  • If violations are detected, access may be revoked without notice or refund.

We reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal action against unauthorized sharing, piracy, or redistribution.

  • Access timestamps

  • Payment confirmation (where applicable)

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to offer uninterrupted streaming, we do not guarantee:

  • Zero downtime or disconnection

  • Perfect video/audio quality

  • Protection against external disruptions or technical failures

We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet provider, or external factors.

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified:

  • All purchases are final.

  • Refunds are not issued for user-side technical issues, missed viewings, or improper device/internet configurations.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the link or livestream platform, you acknowledge that:
